How to Order
at least 2 DAYS notice for fresh cream design
at least 4 DAYS notice for a buttercream fresh cream design
at least 7 DAYS notice for a custom 2D & 3D design
at least 2 WEEKS notice for a dessert table

To place an order, please contact us via Instagram, WeChat or email at hello@madebydeardeer.com. All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.
 

Please include the following details below:

  • Your idea/inspiration for the cake design. Please include reference pictures if possible. You can also check out our Instagram for cake design, theme or colour palette.
  • Number of guests

An estimated quote will be issued based on the details you provided. We will provide additional feedback and suggestions as well.

  • All orders must be paid in FULL amount at least 3 days prior to pick up/delivery day. Only when we confirm receipt of full payment and all order details, then we will send you a final confirmation message.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard, email transfers for online orders, we also accept payment in store.
  • If you have any question about the order, please email us or you can make an appointment to visit our lab from Tuesday to Sunday between 11:00am and 5:00pm.
