1. How far in advance do I need to place an order?

All orders require full payments or deposits in advance.

  • Daily Style cakes and whole cake rolls – 2-3 days in advance.
  • Buttercream cake – at least 4-7 days in advance.
  • 2D/ 3D custom cake – at least a week in advance.
  • Weddings – We recommend booking a consultation appointment 1-6 months before your wedding date.
  • All other events that include a custom cake and a dessert table – at least 2 weeks in advance. 

It is never too early to place an order!



2. Do your products contain nuts?

We work in an environment that uses nut products, gluten, dairy and eggs. If you have any food restrictions and/or allergy concerns, please let us know before placing an order. 

 

3. What are your cake sizes?

Daily Style Cakes:

4" cake – Serve up to 4 people

5" cake – Serve up to 6 people

6" cake – Serve up to 8 people

7" cake – Serve up to 12 people

8" cake – Serve up to 16 people

9" cake – Serve up to 20 people

10" cake – Serve up to 30 people

Custom Cakes:

Sizes may vary depending on the tiers and layers. Our chefs will suggest recommendations based on the occasion and the total number of guests estimated to be served.

 

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

Here are the forms of payments we accept:

Online orders can be placed and paid online via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

WeChat / Instagram orders can be placed via DMs and payments can be made by email transfer.

In store purchases can be paid with cash or credit. You may visit us during business hours.

 

5. Can you write a message on the cake?

Yes, we can write a short message.

 

6. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do. Delivery is charged by distance. You must contact us directly to place your order to schedule a delivery appointment. Unfortunately, Our online platform does not have the delivery option available at the moment.

 

7. How do I store the cake?

  • Daily Style cakes, roll cakes, verrines and cake pops must be kept in the refrigerator at all times. We recommend serving the cake within 72 hrs of receiving your order for optimal freshness.
  • Buttercream cake, macarons and cupcakes must be kept in the refrigerator until 15 minutes before serving. We recommend serving the cake within 72 hrs of receiving your order for optimal freshness.
  • Cookies and lollipops should be kept at room temperature, not placed in the refrigerator.
  • Our 2D or 3D Fondant decorations are custom hand-made and edible. If you want to keep them for long-term then place the fondant pieces in a clear display container. Make sure you wipe off all the buttercream on the fondant piece with tissue paper. It can be stored for months in a cool room temperate environment, while avoiding direct sunlight.

 

8. How do I deliver the cake safely?

Please note that once a customer has picked up their order at our store, we are not responsible for anything that happens afterwards. The condition and handling of the order will be at the customer’s discretion.

  • Please do not leave the cake in the car for prolonged periods. We urge our customers to deliver the cake to its intended destination directly and keep it refrigerated immediately. 
  • Please drive slowly with extra caution, while avoiding sharp turns, hard braking, speeding and speed bumps if possible.
  • We recommended transporting the cake in a cold air-conditioned vehicle and placing it on the flattest surface (i.e. the floor of the passenger seat with a non-slip mat under the cake box). Refrain from having other items placed on the passenger seat to avoid having anything to fall on the top of the cake due to stopping and braking.
  • Please reserve an appropriate amount of space in your vehicle for the number of items ordered.
  • Large cakes can be heavy and may require a stable stand and environment to set up and display.

    During the winter time, refrain from turning on the heat in your vehicle while transporting. Do not place the cake close to any vents that are blowing hot air.

    During summer time, keep the temperature in the vehicle at lower than 18°C, avoid direct sunlight and do not leave the cake in the vehicle with the AC OFF.

     

    9. Do you provide candles and disposable tableware?

    Daily style cakes will come with a candle. Buttercream and 2D/3D custom cakes will come with a candle and 4 sets of disposable tableware. We also offer a selection of candles in-store for purchase.

     

    10. Do you provide a cake stand or plate for the dessert table?

    We do offer decoration accessories for rent. We can help with recommendations that match your theme. Renting fees may vary.

     

    11. What is your return policy?

    Due to health and safety protocols, returns will not be accepted.

     

    12. Can I cancel my order?
